Printing

First step is print the cage of the kalimba

Tight the Screws

Put the metal part with the screws but dont tighten them a lot.

Place the Wooden Parts

Place the 2 pieces of wood as shown in the image. Place the metal bar too.

Musical Keys

Insert all the musical keys in the metal part except the ones that has a screw on it. Then, tight all the screws

Final Keys

Using another musical keys or somethin to make a lever (as in the image), insert the rest of the musical keys one by one. You can use the hammer to help you.

Tuning

Tune the kalimba using the hammer to move the keys.

Here there is another model of a recycling kalimba made from a can, a printed cover 2 screws and wooden sticks. I couldn't make it sound good. One possible solution is using a small metar bar to make the wooden keys vibrate better.
