3D Printed Modular RC Drift Track for 1/64 Cars (Free STL)

This project is a free 3D printable modular RC drift starter circuit designed for 1/64 scale RC cars.
The goal was to create an easy-to-print, modular track system that anyone can build, expand, and customize at home.
Whether you are new to RC drifting or already enjoy 3D printing, I hope this free starter circuit gives you a solid foundation for creating your own layouts.

Supplies
• 3D Printer (minimum build volume: 270 × 270 × 270 mm)
• PLA or PETG filaments (Black recommended)
• 1/64 RC Drift Car
• Remote Controller
• Sandpaper (optional for finishing)
• STL files (included in this Instructable)
**The STL files (RoundFitter.stl & 43.stl) are available below. To expand the circular starter circuit into larger layouts, you only need two additional STL part designs: the Curved Track Unit and the Track Filler. Simply print additional copies as needed.**
-Print the Parts
Download the STL files attached to this Instructable and print all the required parts to build the circular starter circuit.
The track has been designed to fit on a 270 × 270 × 270 mm 3D printer and can be printed using standard PLA filament.
Recommended print settings:
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Material: PLA
- Infill: 15–20%
- Wall count: 3 perimeters
- Supports: Not required
Once all the parts have been printed, you're ready to assemble the circular track.
Tip: If you want to build larger layouts in the future, you only need to print additional copies of two parts: the Curved Track Unit and the Track Filler.
-Assemble the Circular Track
Once all the parts have been printed, arrange them to form the circular starter circuit shown in the photos.
The modular design allows each section to fit together quickly, making assembly simple and allowing the track to be disassembled for storage or transport.
Make sure every connection is fully seated before placing the RC drift car on the track. A properly assembled circuit provides the smoothest driving experience.
The circular layout is an ideal starting point for practicing driving techniques and can later be expanded into larger and more challenging layouts using additional modules.
– Start Driving!
Once the circular track has been assembled, place your 1/64 RC drift car on the circuit and start driving.
The circular layout is designed to help you become familiar with the track while practicing throttle control, smooth steering, and consistent laps. It is also an excellent way to test your RC car before expanding to larger and more technical layouts.
Experiment with different driving speeds and driving lines to find the smoothest and fastest way around the circuit.
