Air Fryer S'morritos
In this Instructable, I am going to show you how to make one of my favorite air fryer recipes, S'morritos! These are so good and super simple to make. They are super good while camping, too, no need for the air fryer because you have a campfire!
Don't forget to follow me and check out my other Instructables.
Follow the simple steps below, watch the video tutorial, or do both! :)
Supplies
Ingredients:
- Graham crackers
- Chocolate - chocolate bars or chocolate chips
- Marshmallows - Mini, large, or marshmallow creme
- Flour tortillas - store-bought or homemade tortillas.
Tools/Equipment:
- Air fryer - Unless you are doing this while camping
- Small cake pan that fits the air fryer or foil or other pan for the air fryer
- Tongs
Mash Those Graham Crackers
Add some graham crackers to a bag, usually 1 square or so per S'morrito you want to make. Then mash those up with your hands, a meat tenderizer, etc. You could also use a food processor if desired.
Assemble the S'morrito
Next, lay out a tortilla. Add a bit of chocolate on top of the tortilla. I usually use two small rectangles from a bar, but you can use chocolate chips too.
Then add some mini marshmallows, or if you only have large ones, cut those up into chunks. You can also spread on marshmallow creme.
Top with the graham cracker dust/bits.
Cook Them
Roll up the s'morrito into a s'more burrito. Then place them seam side down in a cake pan or baking pan that fits in your air fryer, or use some foil. You can place them without either of those, but sometimes marshmallow and chocolate oozes out of the end, which can make a little mess, but that is totally fine. You can also use toothpicks to hold it together.
Cook in the air fryer at 385F/196C for 4 minutes.
NOTE: If you want to cook them in the campfire after you roll them up, make sure to wrap them in foil, then just throw them in the coals for a few minutes.
Enjoy!
