You just need a pencil lmao and paper

Grab the reference you want, and start working the basic shapes!

Refine your drawing and make it look decent also trust the process

Do Le line art and I normally add some color to the line art to give it more of a pop to it.

I take colors from the reference and just bring out my inner preschooler and color out of the lines, oh and don't be afriad too color or side the lines!

I take the darkest color from the reference (but don't do black never do black. Just doesn't look good) and duplicate the color later so you don't have to color and waste time just coloring over it. And erase all the spots you want light coming from and take the eraser tool and turn down the opacity and go over all the light areas to give it a glow like to it.

Choose a cool color for light and stick it where you want it

It just adds deft
