Card Shuffle (Without Gears & Electricity)

An easy way to make your own Card Shuffle without technology and can’t afford.

The next slide is the Layout of how many pieces and measurements.

What you need is:

Cardboard (Clearly. :P)

Scissors

Glue Gun and Sticks

Razor Blade or Sharp Kitchen Knife (Kids? Only Parents/Grown ups can do this.)

Clear Tape

Duct Tape

Pencils

Artist Pens (You can find them in Five Below. Or Other Ink tools.)

Paint

Paintbrushes

Glue the Box

Use scissors to cut the cardboard and hot glue them together to make a cube. For the slots, use a razor blade and cut slowly.

Enter the Sliders

Glue the slider bottom on the side that has the slot. Then glue the Top hold for the top of the box. The last picture, glue the sides. Don’t forget to add the top lift.

For Smoothness

Here comes the clear tape. Tape those bad boys in to the bottom slide. Once it’s taped, glue the front slide and add two taped diagonal pieces to glue them together. The obtuse angle is for the cards to slide inside the slots. Clear tape makes the cards slide smoothly.

Decorate the Box

The card shuffle is finished but… Something is missing. I know! To make it less boring and ghetto, let’s paint the box. I’m going for a classic look of Deck of Cards. It says Kard Shuffle because I wanted to make it stylized.

You don’t have to follow of what I’m painting, you can paint whatever you like. You can paint your favorite show, games and so on. Even your original creations.

Smooth Bottom

Add duct tape on the bottom for smooth movement.

Shuffle Your Cards

The last step is to put half of the cards in the slider. Slowly push both cards and then give a little shake when all of them inside. There you go, your Card Shuffle came to life! I hope you enjoy playing with your cards for your friends, family and you! (Don’t paint the sliders, my mistake. It slows it down.)
