Cement Ghost

Cement ghost project. Simple and easy.

Supplies: bowl, brush, basket, rag/towel, trash bag, sisscors, rubber bands, trowel, bucket, paint.

step1: get your basket and metal bowl. Place your bowl on top of the basket.

step:2 carefully place the trash bag onto the the basket and bowl so the basket doesn’t get dirty

Step3: Put the towel on top of the basketbowl and when it drys it will just stick onto the trash bag while molding its shape. and also cut the eyes and mouth for the ghost. I would suggest to cut the eyes before dipping the towel into the cement.

Step4 next is too put the towel on top of the plastic trash bag.Make sure that the towel fits on the basket

Step 5 Mix water sand and cement into a bucket. 1 part sand 1 part cement and one part water.

Step 6 dip the towel into the mixture make sure the cement soaks into the towel so later the shirt is hard and steady

Step 7 Put the towel onto the basket bowl combination and cover the blank spots with the rest of the cement.

Step 8 Use the brush to even out the cement so it looks smooth and slapable. Also make sure that you cover cracks or extra spots.

Step 9 Let the ghost dry out for 3 to 4 days you need to let cement cure for a long time before you paint it.

Step 10 Take the the ghost off of the basket bowl trash bag combination, if you did it right it can stand up on it's own.

Step 11 Now clean your brush and use your paint( can be any color, I used white so it can imitate a ghost) Make sure to paint the whole ghost and leave no marks.

en you let the paint dry onto the ghost. Leave it in a dry area so it doesn't crack or get wet.

Step 13 ( optional) Use a candle or any light source such as a light bulb and flashlight and it can become a homemade lamp, or just a (diy) infrastructure you can also put a small lamp inside. ALSO it can be a cool decoration in your yard for Halloween. Or any other time if you just love ghosts. Thats all thank you
