DIY Water Balloon Launcher
Need to cool off in the summer, well why not have a water balloon fight, that's where the water balloon launcher comes in. Inspired by the 'Chuck-it dog ball launcher' my invention makes winning easy with only a few materials, you simply place your water balloon into the ladle, pull back and FIRE!!

Supplies
Ladle
Plastic Lid
Hair Tie
Electrical Tape
Bolts x4
Nuts x4
Right Angle Bracket
Washer x4
Saddle
Angle Grinder Disk Removal Tool
The Base
Take one bolt and place a washer onto the bolt, then add you Angle Grinder Disk Removal Tool right on top with the sticks facing upward. Place two smaller washers right on top, Carefully push the Angle Grinder Disk Removal Tool down towards the bolt, the add the right angle bracket along with a nut to secure the bracket into place.
The 'Spring'
Bend the Bracket so that it angles inward, then bend the saddle following the above picture (you may need to change the shape to your liking depending on how much 'spring you want'. Attach the saddle to the right angle bracket, then attach the ladle to the saddle with a washer, bolt and a nut.
Pulling It All Together
Add a hair tie or elastic band through the ladle, make a loop through both the top and the bottom pull the bottom loop through the topped pull tight ensure the not is secure. Get a bolt and nut through the end of the Angle Grinder Disk Removal Tool but don't screw it fully, pull the hair tie around the bolt and then tighten to ensure the hair tie doesn't go anywhere.
Optional
Tape a plastic sheet or tub lid to the launcher ensuring it’s not going to go anywhere.
you can use tape or I would prefer to use Velcro straps to attach the launcher to your arm.
