  1. sugar
  2. organic cocoa powder
  3. instant coffee
  4. 35% whipping cream(It doesn't have to be 35% but 35% will be the best)
  5. eggs
  6. mascarpone
  7. Ladyfingers
  8. milk
  9. white rum( optional)

Coffee Dipping

Add 7 grams of instant coffee to a plate and then pour hot water over the coffee powder. Stir it well .If you can find white rum you may add them but it is fine if you don't, because the purpose of adding white rum is to give the tiramisu a better smell. Add 5g of white rum to the mixture and mix it well. Then put it on the side for more instructions.

Eggs

Get two eggs, crack them, separate the yolks from egg whites, you will only need the yolks. In the bowl with the yolks, add 50g of sugar and 30g of milk to the bowl. Grab a bigger bowl, add some boiling water in it and then place the bowl of mixture in the bowl of hot water, don't let any hot water get into the egg mixture. Keep stirring for at least 7 minutes. The purpose of this step is to kill the bacteria in the eggs.

The Cream

Get the mascarpone, add the whole package into a large bowl . Use an electric mixer to mix the mascarpone until smooth. Get the egg mixture, slowly pour it into the mascarpone while mixing the mascarpone and then mix them well. Add 200g of cream and 40g of sugar into another bowl and mix them well. Then put this mixture into the mascarpone mixture and mix everything well. The picture above shows the result after completing all the steps. Set it aside for more instructions.

Assemble

Take out the coffee mixture you made earlier, dip the lady fingers in the coffee mixture one by one. Dip the lady fingers quickly on both sides. Take your container, place a layer of dipped lady fingers on the bottom. Then spread the cream you made earlier evenly over the ladyfingers. Add another layer of dipped lady finger on top of the cream, repeat this process until the top( the top layer must be a cream). Finally, get the cocoa powder and a slotted spoon, use the spoon to dust the cocoa powder over the top layer until the cream is fully covered.

Wrap Up

Put the completed tiramisu in the fridge for a whole night or for 13 hours, after that your delicious tiramisu is done! I used artificial sweeteners instead of sugar because I ran out of sugar, but it still tastes the same.
