Diy Macrame Wall Hanging
Has macrame always been something you have wanted to do but it seems to hard? I'm doing macrame wall hangings. I thought of doing it because I did it a lot before and I know how to do it. I make it in a way that is not too hard and easy to understand they also look really pretty in your home. when your making it you can choose any size of you macrame wall hanging if you choose a bigger size string your macrame will be bigger and if you choose a smaller size of string it will look smaller.
Supplies
- Macrame string of any color
- A big ring or a stick to put your string on it
- Scissors
- Ruler or measuring tape
- Beads
Add the String
The first step is measuring 6 foot long strings and then folding them in half, tying them into a half hitch knot onto the ring.
Add the Rest
Then put the rest of the string on the ring in the cooler way you want
Beads
Then you can add wooden or any kind of beads on the string the beads are optional
Tie a Knot
After adding the beads on the string then tie a knot on the bottom of the beads
Reflection
When I was doing the macrame I thought it was really fun and easy .one of my challenges were not cutting the string to short because when you do a design on the macrame and your string is too short it wont look very well and that hole string will be way shorter than all the others I accomplished that challenge by measuring how long I want the string to be and if I wanted to do a design on it. I chose to do macrame because I did it before and I knew how to do it and I think it's fun when you've got the hang of it.
