Ease'y Bath Salts

Have you ever needed bath salts but had none that fit your standards? Well then you definitely come to the right website because if you follow my simple tutorial then you will have the right salts that fit your standards. Well, I hope you enjoy these simple instructions and hope you enjoy your Ease’y Bath Salts!

Supplies

  1. Epsom salt 2 1/4 cups
  2. Eucalyptus essential oil 6 drops
  3. Eucalyptus 3 branches
  4. Dehydrator
  5. 1 large bowl
  6. 1 small bowl
  7. 1 spoon
  8. Measuring cups
  9. Glass jar
  10. 1 funnel

Getting the Eucalyptus Ready for the Dehydrator

First cut three branches from a tree of eucalyptus or buy three branches and make sure they are not brown around the edges of the leaves.

Putting the Eucalyptus in the Dehydrator

You add in the three whole medium sized eucalyptus branches into the dehydrator then set the dehydrator to 110•f for about 12 hours and make sure they are totally dry.

Making the Salt

Add in 2 1/4 cups epson salt in a big bowl then add in your 6 drops of essential oil ( if 6 drops isn’t enough then you can add 1 drop till you get the right amount) after you add in the oil mix it all together until all combined.

Adding in the Eucalyptus

In a small bowl start to crunch up 2 and a half of the eucalyptus. Crunch them up till they are little flakes then add them into the big bowl with the salt and mix until everything is combined.

Adding the Salt to the Glass Jar

With your glass jar put the funnel in it and poor the salt slowly into the glass jar until filled.

Finishing

Put the lid onto the glass jar and tie a bow around the leftover eucalyptus.

Reflection

I hope you really liked learning how to make bath salts and I trust that you can enjoy the finished project. I learned that a simple thing like bath salts can be turned into so much more and bath salts are not just salts you put into a bath .
