Easy 4-ingredient, One-minute Lemon Mug Cake
I just had to sneak this instead of having actual breakfast… Oh! Wanna do the same? Well let’s get into it but very quickly so no one notices!
Supplies
(ingredients)
- 4-5 lemon Oreos (classic will work too)
- 1/8th-1/4th cup flour (depending on how much you want)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Milk (you can use as much as you please)
(cooking and eating utensils)
- microwave-safe mug
- microwave
- spoon
Add and Crush 4-5 Oreos
Open the container, dump the preferred Oreos into a mug and crush with the spoon until it’s (almost/not quite) fine and crumbly.
Add 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Measure out somewhat the exact amount of baking powder and dump it in the mug. (DON’T MIX QUITE YET)
Add 1/8th to 14th Cup Flour
This really depends on how much you want more than how much you need.
Add the Desired Amount of Milk
I started with a few tbsp’s of milk, realized that wasn’t really enough, then I just eyeballed it…🤷
Mix It
Do this for as long as until it’s like a pancake or waffle-like batter
Microwave for About a Minute
I always think it’s satisfying to watch it rise…🤤
Microwave Again for 15 Seconds
I only did this because mine wasn’t cooked enough… or should I say baked? I don’t know…🤦
Let It Cool
Oh… I never knew you wanted your mouth to get burned. Well it is your choice.
Now FFEEEAAST!!!!
*nom nom chomp… GULP*😋
