Piece Count.
Here is a list with a piece count.

Rods:
Green=14.
White=17.
Blue=0
Yellow=0
Red=1
Grey=1
Connectors:
Grey(1 slot)=25
Grey(2 slots)=1
Red=5
Green=0
Yellow=12
Orange=1
White=0
Other:
Tan clip=16
Blue clip=7
bBue ring=12
Y-connector=10
Ball sockets:8
(If you dont got ball sockets, you can remove 8 Y-connectors and just build it without them.)

This is not really needed, but it looks better and its more comfortable for your hand.

Maybe make some more or use it as a bayonet.
If you want it to be a bayonet, then change the two red connectors at the end of the handle to yellows.
You also need to change a blue on the blade by a grey connector.
