Create a model shell and internal supports in Rhino, and 3D print them.

Now begin soldering the components. According to the picture, solder the control pane(p1), MP3(p2), touchpad(p3) and LED(p4-6) respectively.

You can either use our existing code file or modify it yourself. The file defines three touch points:

1. Touch on the forehead – triggers a sound, the eyes emit white light, and the arm waves happily.

2. Touch on the small disc on the head – triggers a very soft sound, the eyes turn blue, and the arm waves slowly.

3. Touch on the hand – triggers a cheerful sound, and the arm waves quickly.

The file can be imported directly into the control panel for easy operation.

You can assemble it according to the modeled structure, or add or remove parts as needed. Connect all wires and components to the control panel. The LEDs correspond to the eyes, and the servo motor corresponds to the hand, with three touch points.

Make a little top hat out of flannel, cut out the eyebrows, beard and feet, and stick them on.
