* We are living in a home built two years ago,

* There lots of leftovers and reused materials are available in the home,

* I found one reuse material that suits my project, that material is 'plastic plywood sheet',

* I planned to use this sheet and do to useful to me because of its its stiffness to withstand cement mixture and heat.

PREPARE SHEET

•Draw a line of 7.5cm and point it to 1 and 2,

•Take the same dimension with a compass and draw a circle in point 1 and 2,

  1. Mention the point origin 'o', where that two circles intersected,
  2. Draw a circle of 7.5cm in the point 'o',
  3. Name the points 3 and 4, that circles intersected,
  4. Draw an arc of 7.5cm in the point 3 and 4 and mention then 5&6,
  5. Connect all the points with lines,
  6. Finally, we get a hexagon in 7.5cm in each side.

  1. Thus dumbbells is made from trash material,
  2. We can get different weights of dumbbells when we change the dimensions of dumbbells,
  3. The measured weight of the dumbbell is

7.5×10cm = ~7.2kg

10×10cm = ~11.5kg.
