The first step in handcrafting this drink will be to queue your 3 Blonde Ristretto Espresso shots. This usually takes the longest to complete, 60-90 seconds.

Steam the Milk

The second step is where you begin steaming your milk, customizable to your preferred temperature. Aerate between 3-5 seconds for the perfect froth.

Pump Brown Sugar Syrup

The third step involves the flavored syrup. While we wait for the shots to pull and milk to steam, pump brown sugar into an empty mug. This recipe calls for two full pumps. Add extra for more sweetness!

Back to Espresso

In the fourth step, you will make sure the shots are pulling correctly. Good shots will have a distinct body and cream layer. Blonde Espresso calls for a smoother, more energetic experience. This specific machine will show a star for good espresso quality.

Add Cinnamon

Almost done! Now we will add a layer of cinnamon to the drink before pouring the milk. This allows the cinnamon to settle in with the espresso.

Top It Off
