Preheat the oven to 350F/176C.

Add the ripe bananas and the egg to a medium bowl and mix. Then add the whey protein powder, the peanut butter, and the chocolate chips and mix until all are combined. Super simple!

Bake Those Cookies

Add two big spoonfuls of dough onto a cooking sheet or baking pan. You won't need to use a silicone baking mat or parchment paper if you have a good nonstick baking sheet; you may want to use either of those things.

NOTE: If you use organic peanut butter, likely the cookie dough will be thin like a pancake batter, which is totally fine; they will just bake and look similar to a pancake, but taste like cookies, haha.

Bake at 350F/176C for 12 to 16 minutes until golden brown. Allow them to cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet or sheet pan and then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy!

I actually like to eat these for breakfast! It makes a good high-protein breakfast; even if you don't use the egg, it's still a good source of protein.
