Homemade Brown Butter Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie
This recipe makes 12 servings of warm delicious gooey mouthwatering cookies.
Supplies
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 1 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup Ghirardelli milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup Hershey's dark chocolate

Instructions
- In a small pan on medium heat, add 1 stick of butter, and stir it continuously for 15 minutes until it looks golden brown. Set aside to cool.
- In another bowl, add all of the dry ingredients: 1 1/4 of all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 3/4 teaspoon of salt.
- Once the brown butter is cool, and 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, and 1 egg. Mix the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a dough.
- Add the chocolate: 1/4 cup of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate, 1/2 a cup of Ghirardelli milk chocolate, and 1/2 of a cup of Hershey dark chocolate.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place cookie dough on it into 1.5 to 2 inches balls of dough.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. This should make 12 warm delicious cookies.
