Select 3mm plywood sheets suitable for the bread box structure and roll top slats. Place the plywood flat on the laser bed and ensure it stays within the Thunder Bolt’s working area.

Before processing, wipe the surface clean to remove dust, fingerprints, or loose debris. If the wood is slightly warped, use pins to secure the corners and keep the material stable during engraving and cutting.

Open your laser software, such as LaserMaker, and import the bread box design file.

Adjust the engraving and cutting parameters according to the type and thickness of your wood. Check that all structural parts, slots, and roll top pieces are properly arranged before sending the file to the laser machine.
