How to Make Pressure Washer at Home | for Cleaning Purpose

In this project, I made a simple homemade pressure washer using a rubber pipe, PVC pipe, and an old board marker. The idea behind this experiment was to create a simple cleaning tool at home that can produce a focused water spray for washing purposes.

After completing the setup, this DIY pressure washer can be used to clean different items such as motorcycles, bicycles, and other surfaces. By improving the water pressure source, the cleaning performance can become even better.

1. Rubber water pipe
2. Small PVC pipe
3. PVC pipe fitting/connector
4. Old board marker
5. Adhesive or super glue for fixing connections
6. Water tap connection
7. Pressure water pump pipe (optional for higher pressure)

First, take a rubber water pipe. Attach a small PVC pipe to the rubber pipe using suitable pipe fittings. Make sure both pipes are properly connected and fixed together.

Take an old board marker and remove the front writing tip and the back cap. Empty the marker completely so that only the hollow marker body remains.

Now attach the empty marker body to the front side of the PVC pipe. You can use adhesive, super glue, or any suitable method to fix the marker tightly with the pipe.

After attaching the marker, it will work as a nozzle. The narrow opening of the marker helps create a focused water spray, forming the main part of this homemade pressure washer.

Connect the other end of the pipe to a water tap and turn on the water supply. The water will flow through the pipe and come out from the marker nozzle with increased focus.

Now you can use this homemade pressure washer to clean different items such as motorcycles, bicycles, or other washable surfaces with better water pressure.
