How to Make Vegan Bolognese Pasta Sauce : 5 Steps (with Pictures)
This vegan bolognese pasta sauce is so quick and delicious to make! You can add chopped or shredded carrots, celery or vegan cream to the sauce if you want, or maybe use other spices? It’s up to you.
Heat up some oil in a large frying pan. Add the “beef” and stir well to mince it while it cooks.
Add onion and garlic and fry for a few minutes while stirring.
Then add the spices and tomatoes, the maple syrup, crushed vegetable buillion cube and about 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Add some more water if needed.
Let the sauce simmer for about 5-10 minutes. The longer, the better. Stir every now and then.
Serve with cooked pasta, a green salad, olives, garlic bread and a sprinkle
