How to Make a Desktop Organizer

Have you ever had too much desktop clutter, and have no way to organize it all in one place? Or are you an artist with a loot of tools and would like a place to put them? Well no matter what your desktop problem is; In this Instructable I will teach you how to create a desktop organizer out of common scrap and other things you may have laying around your house.

1 Computer Stand

1 Computer Stand attachment

3 Plastic Cups

2 Extension Cords

1 Screw

Attach the computer stand with the computer stand attachment. There should be a slight snap when you connect the stand with the attachment.

Next it's time to connect the cups to the computer stand where you would like them. I used the hook on the back of the cups to connect them on the stand for the two on the left

Now you may need to screw in a cup if there is not a place for the hook where you want to connect the cup. I had to screw in the the cup to the right in order to get it to stay.

Next it's time to run the extension cords through the hole in the middle of the stand in order to give a place for you to plug in any hot glue guns or other things you would like to use while working on your desk. I also wrapped the cord around the top right in order to move it, but I would recommend plugging in the extension cords so that you can use it while working on your desk.

Finally, in order to get the final picture I uploaded a green screen photo (on the left) and enter the prompt "can you put this object on a desk, please make it full of pencils, art brushes, and pens." into Chat GPT, and I was left with the final product photo. (On the right.)
