Sauté the Onions

Add 1 table spoon of butter to a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook for about 5 minutes until translucent. Remove the onions from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Ground Beef

Place the ground beef in the same skillet that you sautéed the onions in and cook over medium heat. Break the meat apart while cooking. Ground beef produces its own oil, so no extra oil is needed.

Season the Meat

Add taco seasoning, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, seasoned salt, onion powder and garlic powder to the beef. Stir well and cook until the beef is fully browned.

Make That Base

More Toppings... Its Fully Loaded

Add the sautéed onions and cooked corn on top of the ground beef. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and drizzle the queso. Optional: you can heat the queso before adding it. Pour it into a small pan and warm it on the stove until it melts and becomes thinner consistency or heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes so it pours easily over the nachos.
