T-Parking is a combination of two leading control technologies, including: RFID magnetic card storage system (card swipe) and ANPR (license plate identification). We believe that RFID is effective and reliable for vehicle control and toll collection while ANPR can be used to enhance security.

RFID-Radio Frequency Identification: The data is digitally encoded in the form of an RFID tag and a reader is used to detect the data via radio waves. The data is then used for various functions (here, vehicle access control). When the tag makes contact with the reader, it transmits a signal which is then converted by the reader into useful data.

ANPR-Automatic License Plate Recognition: The system is capable of reading license plates of vehicles by taking advantage of the ability to take pictures at high speed and without human intervention. ANPR detects characters from the captured image of the license plate and verifies the string of characters then converts the image to text.

● Entrance procedure: The car stops in front of the entrance, right in front of the barie.

Close range: Swipe card > Camera captures license plate and vehicle image > Software saves image and number plate information, time into database > Raised barie allows drivers to pass. Long range (car only): Card is mounted on the front of the vehicle > Remote reader recognition > Camera captures license plate and vehicle image > Software saves image and number plate information, time into the database > Barie raised allows drivers to pass through.

● Exit procedures: The car stops at the exit, right in front of the barie.

License plate camera > Software that verifies and compares data based on entry information or the vehicle's listing on the database (e.g. registrant). The system confirms the payment or not. The raised bar allows the driver to leave.
