The project is a portable food and beverage cooler designed to chill items and maintain their low temperature for a significantly longer period compared to traditional coolers.

Components used in the project:

1- Cooling container

2- Processor cooler

3- Temperature control board

4- Power button

5- 12V Peltier module

6- Power input

7- Aluminum block

8- Small fan

I installed an aluminum block inside the enclosure, followed by a Peltier element, thermal paste, and a CPU cooler.

I used a large CPU cooler to ensure good performance.

I added a small internal fan to circulate the cold air within the enclosure.

I fabricated a frame to mount the temperature controller, power switch, and power input.

I created an opening for the CPU fan

I connected the wires for the Peltier element and the two cooling fans (the small one and the large one) to the output of the temperature controller, which regulates the power during the cooling process.

Next, I connected the temperature controller's negative terminal to the power switch, and then to the negative power input terminal; I also connected the temperature controller's positive terminal to the positive power input terminal.

Testing

installed the external cover and turned on the unit to test it.

I set the operating temperature to 15°C; the unit starts automatically when the cooling chamber temperature exceeds 15°C.

It stops automatically once the temperature reaches 5°C.
