Mochi Robot – OLED Animated Emotion Robot

The Mochi Robot is a small interactive robot that uses a 128×64 OLED display to show an animated face. The robot can display different emotions such as Normal, Happy, Sleepy, Surprised, Angry, and Love.

A push button is used to change the robot's emotion. The eyes are also animated to create a more lively and interactive appearance.

The Arduino Nano controls the OLED display through the I2C communication interface.

When the robot starts, the OLED displays the Normal face. The program continuously updates the eyes to create animation, such as:

1. Looking left
2. Looking toward the center
3. Looking right
4. Blinking

When the button connected to D2 is pressed, the robot changes its emotion.

Available Emotions

1. 😀 Normal
2. 😄 Happy
3. 😴 Sleepy
4. 😮 Surprised
5. 😠 Angry
6. ❤️ Love

After the Love emotion, another button press returns the robot to the Normal emotion.

The Mochi Robot demonstrates how an Arduino Nano and OLED display can be combined to create an interactive robot with animated facial expressions. The use of different emotions, eye movement, blinking, and button control makes the project simple but engaging and provides a good foundation for developing a more advanced social or companion robot.
