Material Required

1. 2x Steel Axle 2mm diameter, length: 100mm
2. 2x Wooden Square Sticks 6x6mm , length: 50cm -> frame
3. 1x Wooden Square Stick 6x6mm, length: 40cm -> lever arm
4. 1x Mousetrap Standard Victor Brand
5. 1x Fishing line / String

You need to print:

1x all_parts_no_wheels.stl (all parts in one file) + wheels of your choice from the wheels folder.

For the start front wheels 80mm , rear wheels 120mm is recommended.

Insert both sides of the axle into a wheel hub by 33% of its length. Use a hammer to hit the assembled axle one or to times. The hubs should sit by 100% at the axle now. The full assembly is as long as the axle - 100mm.

Take the mouse trap brackets and stick them on the wooden sticks. In case they are much to tight just break off the clips by using a screwdriver.

Fix the mouse trap between the brackets

Add the axle mount brackets to the frame.

Add the lever arm bracket, lever arm and lever arm string clip to the mousetrap. For exact position see pictures

Add axle to the axle mount brackets. Push with same, soft force on both sides the same time. They are in as soon it clicks and they turn free.

Connect lever arm string clip with axle string clip by using the string.

Attach the wheels.
