Natural Remedy for Toothache and Headache

This is a relatively simple method or remedy using an acupuncture point to help relieve toothache or headaches - its not a 100% work all for all types - and certainly is not a substitute for medical advice - but it can help whilst you try to figure out another way to permanently fix the situation.

The point mentioned is a point that connects with the head and jaw area - often needles are used by qualified practitioners to relieve the pain in those locations - although this point can be used for many situations, and depends which way you want to direct the energy or relieve energy stagnation (which often means pain or discomfort).

Sometimes this remedy is enough to resolve the issue - but it may not be always the case.

Supplies

Your hands to actually press - or someone else can also do the pressing if you find it hard to do it on yourself.

Locate the Point

Locate the point pictured above with a blue dot - don't worry - its the general area, so even if you cannot be precise, the general area is good enough for this situation.

Press the Point With Some Force on Both Hands

use your other hand and press the highlighted point in the picture. You can start by gentle pressure - but ideally, if you can take it, for this purpose, you want to apply enough pressure to almost where it may be uncomfortable - try holding for 10 seconds up to 3 minutes - depending on severity of the pain. Do this for both hands.

This point is the main point used for pain relief especially of the upper body, but can be used with combination of other points to reduce pain or inflammation.
