From a Red Bottle Cap, We Cut One Long Continuous Strip
A continuous plastic strip is easier to wind.
We Apply Aluminum Tape and Start Wrapping the Plastic While Slightly Heating It
We Shape It, Then Carefully Remove the Plastic Sleeve
Making Synthetic Bristles
We heat a green bottle cap, then use a wire ,, fork tool,, to pick up a small amount of plastic and start winding it. As we do this the plastic stretches into a very thin thread.
This tep is hard to explain with photos and text only so its better to watch the video - every step is shown in detail there.
We Make the Handle From a Blue Bottle Cap
We wrap melted plastic from the cap around a wire , forming the handle.
We pull and stretch the plastic shaping it as needed.
We Assemple All Parts Together and Run a Test!
This idea can be a great way to earn money by recycling old materials and creating exclusive masterpieces for those who value creativity.
