Prepare Delicious Mutton Biriyani
Today we are going to see EXACTLY how to prepare a delicious & yummy Pressure Cooker Mutton Biriyani in south Indian style.
Let's see how to prepare:
Required Ingredients
Mutton - 1 kg
Basmathi Rice - 1 kg
Onions - 3 no's
Tomottos- 3 no's
Green Chilies - 4 no's
Cow Ghee - 4 tsp
Groundnut oil - 4 to 6 tsp
Ginger - 25g Garlic - 20 no's
Biriyani Masala - 4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Mint and Coriander Leaf - Hand full
Salt - As required (Himalayan Salt)
Coconut Milk - 1 cup
You can add 1 tsp Coconut Oil for taste
Prepare Home Made Biriyani Masala
Let's prepare our own home-made Biriyani masala.
Take a PAN & heat it for 10 seconds.
Add Star anise, mace, cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, Peppercorns, Coriander seeds, Bay leaf
Then, fry it for around 1 minute until it is roasted well.
Grind Mixture Using Jar
Cook the Mutton With Ingredients
Take Pressure Cooker & put cow ghee, Oil and wait until it melts properly.
Add Sliced onion & green chilies, Fry them until Golden Brown
Add Tomatoes and Ginger garlic paste, saute till raw smell vanishes
Add the Biriyani masala, Turmeric, and chili power
Add Mutton and sprinkled the salt
Finally add the Coconut milk, Mint, coriander leaf and mix them gently
Now Close the Pressure cooker and whistle it 4 to 5 no's
Cook the Biriyani
After the whistle Add the Soaked Biriyani rice
Add 2 Cup of water (If the rice is 4 cup)
squeeze the 1 Lemmon
Then close the lid and Whistle it 1
After the pressure release open the lid, Mix them properly
Serve the Tasty Biriyani
Now ready to serve the Delicious yummy Biriyani
