ROSE AND SAFFRON ICED TEA.
Some of my favorite childhood memories begin with a glass of homemade iced tea, prepared by my grandmother. She loves experimenting with flowers, herbs and spices from the kitchen, creating refreshing drinks that feels both special and comforting.
One of her most cherished recipes is Rose and Saffron Iced Tea. According to her Saffron contains antioxidants which helps in PMS, mood enhancement and promote a natural glow, which is one of the reasons she loves adding it to this tea, while Rose petals, Cardamom and Cinnamon adds a warm aromatic touch, which helps to start the day on a refreshing note.
So, today I am sharing my grandmother’s Rose and Saffron Iced Tea recipe from fresh rose petals and dry saffron.
