Restaurant Delivery Cubbys

I made a restaurant cubby pick up system because this would help make pick ups quicker and easier and also because I noticed when restaurants were closing they would usually have to wait 20 minutes before actually closing because of an online order that they were waiting for someone to pick up. With this cubby system they could leave the food in the cubby and then close the store, not needing to wait on someone to pick up their food. You would place the cabinet outside so customers that pre paid could easily grab their food and leave in seconds without having to come inside the restaurant.

color the cubbys any color you want to add some uniqueness to each one and to help people distinguish which cabinet their food is waiting in.

Making the Door to the Cubby

take a semi-cylinder and a red cube and turn the red cube into a small vertical black rectangle and attatch it to the semi-cylinder to create the handle to the cubby.

Giving the Cubby Doors

duplicate the door 9 times and attach them to the faces of the cabinet to create the 9 individual cubbys

Creating the Qr Code

use a photo to FTL file converter website such as https://pngtosvg.com/ to convert any qr code you want into a 3d model and import it into Tinker cad. Then take a red cube and turn it into a thin white cube and attatch the qr code onto one face of the white cube.

Finished Design

duplicate the qr code 9 times and attach them to the front of the cubbys to let the customers scan the qr code in order to unlock the cabinets and get their food. This will make sure no one except the person that ordered the food can unlock and just take the food out of the cabinet.
