Rotor Rush: Building a Pluto Drone
How to Assemble a Pluto Drone: Beginner’s Guide
Drones are unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that are widely used for photography, surveillance, delivery systems, research, and educational purposes. A quadcopter drone works using four motors and propellers that help it achieve stable flight and movement in different directions.
The Pluto Drone is a compact and beginner-friendly drone designed for learning drone technology, programming, and assembly. This drone uses the Primus V5 Flight Controller (FC), which acts as the brain of the drone by controlling the motors, maintaining stability, and processing sensor data during flight.
In this Instructable, I have provided the complete step-by-step assembly process of the Pluto Drone using the Primus V5 Flight Controller. Each component is explained clearly to make the building process simple and easy to follow for beginners.

Insert the Rubber Dampers Into the Corners of the Flight Controller
Rubber dampers are used while fixing the flight controller (FC) to the main frame to reduce vibrations produced by the motors and propellers.
Without dampers, these vibrations can directly reach the flight controller and affect the sensors
Alight the Main Frame Arrow With the Arrow on the Flight Controller
Secure the Flight Controller on Main Frame Using Screws
Take 4 Motor and Press Them Firmly Into the Mount at the End of Each Arm
Attach Correct a and B Propellers to Their Corresponding Motors
(Note: A propeller spins clockwise and B propeller spins clockwise)
Now ,connect the Motor Wires. Plug Each White Connector Into the Designed Ports on the Flight Controller .Ensure They Are Seated Securely
Attach the Protective Canopy Over the Top of the Flight Controller
For Safe Flying ,attach the Four Propeller Guards Onto the Ends of the Drone Arms
Connect the Battery
