A spanish box is a type of bowl, which is strange two times because its not spanish, and its not a box!

Any square piece of paper,

patnence.

Fold the diagonals corner-to-corner. Next fold the corners to the center cross point, flip and repeat and flip.

Fold Inside corners to outside corners to start the pattern. Fold back and forth to create a triangle pattern. Repeat on other sides and flip over.

Fold the flaps to edges equal to the line on the flaps. Flip over and pinch the patterned flaps to make the model 3d.
