Sweet Symphony

Hi my name is Riley and I made Sweet Symphony. Sweet Symphony is a candy bouquet that you can make for your friends or even yourself. It's really easy and fun and cheap too so when you are giving someone a bunch of candy this works and adds more love then just a basket. Also you can use any candy you want-it's flexible!

Supplies

  1. A jar to put it in
  2. Tissue paper (optional)
  3. Skewers
  4. Mini elastics
  5. Something to cut with (you may not need it)
  6. Tape
  7. Rainbow sour belts
  8. Nerd gummy clusters
  9. Peach rings
  10. Mini chocolate bars
  11. Sour patch kids mini bags
  12. Candy mix (I did Haribo Starmix for the gummy bears+hearts)

Operation: Tissue Tuck

First you need to get your jar and fill it with your tissue paper. (If you aren't doing this step then you can skip it.) I used tissue paper because it looks nicer if you are giving it to someone.

Next you need to get your 5 skewers and put your mini chocolate bars on them in a "one then another, pattern" . I just stick them through their bottoms. If your chocolate is sliding then add a mini elastic to the bottom.

Death to Gummy

After that you are going to take 5 skewers. Use peach rings and gummy bears and stick them on the skewers just like your chocolate bars. Make them up and down so it's not through hole, it's through the side like in the photo of peach rings. Also, make sure your gummy bears are right way up. If your gummy bears don't slide on properly then you can cut the back of the bear in an up and down method. Then put them on the skewer with a little bit of tape. If you are using the sour patch kids then you can add them to the top of the skewers and add a mini elastic to the bottom.

Next you are going to need 4 skewers and your rainbow sour belts, nerds gummy clusters, and your gummy hearts. You will be sticking them through just like all the others. I put them in the pattern "gummy cluster, sour belts, gummy cluster, sour belts, then a heart on top."

Are We Done Yet?

If you are using tissue paper then add some to the back of the bouquet to make it look a bit nicer.

The Real Final Step

We are finished!! Now you can gift to a friend or whoever you want! Don't forget to eat the extra candy if you have any left over!

The Real Final Step (For Real This Time)

After you make it ask yourself "what went well" or "what would I change." Something I would change would to MAKE MORE!!!!! I love to make fun crafts and this was very relaxing and yummy. My favorite part if this was eating because I love food and candy. If you have any thoughts just pop them in the comment section. 😜
