TUBE CASTLE

CASTLES ARE THE KING'S SAFE HOME

I've crafted one cardboard castle in my own way,

Happy to share it with you, how i make,

Let's start to make it.

1. Lots of cardboard,
2. Drawing kit,
3. 743 instant glue,
4. White glue,
5. Cutting player,
6. Leftover PVC Pipe,
7. Colour papers (some),
8. Paper clips (6 pcs),
9. Paper knife,
10. Scissors,
11. Popsicle sticks.

1. Separate cardboard parts from cardboard,
2. Remove unwanted sides and edges,
3. Soak removed cardboard in water about 5 mins,

1. After that peel layers of cardboard,
2. We can get upper, lower and middle cardboards.

Then dry it in direct sunlight about 4 hours.

Collect all the sheets and save them.

Use these cardboard sheets to complete the project.

Mark 6×2 cm on those cardboard sheets and clip them about 4 sheets.

Cut the marked sheets along the line with a paper knife and scissors.

1. Use an empty ballpoint pen refill with one end cut off (to hold sheets),
2. We require a lot of tubes to complete the project,
3. Don't worry about the quantity, just start roll them and after a couple of days, you'll have accumulated enough pieces.

1. The tubes are in 2 CM and it takes lot of time and difficult to complete the project, so that I prefer to pre-sticking,
2. Yet we get 4 cm length and easier than a single tube.

1. Take a cardboard and draw a straight line of 6 cm , point them A and B,
2. Then take same 6 cm in compass and draw a circle in point A and B,
3. Mark print 'O' (origin) that two circles intersect,
4. Then draw a circle of 6 cm from 'O' and point them C and D, where circles intersect,
5. Draw a line between A and D,
6. Draw a line between B and C,
7. Then take 6 cm in compass and draw two circles from point C and D, point them E and F,
8. Join all the intersect points by line,
9. Finally we get hexagon in the length of 6 cm.

1. Place and stup tower the drawn hexagon,
2. Stack tubes over and over,
3. Use a cutting player, if you need to cut or slice tubes,
4. Stack tubes upto 20 cm,
5. Then close the tower with cardboard
6. Stick two tubes each other and place than top of the tower as battlements,
7. Add windows with freehand drawing.

Ground floor:

1. Take cardboard and stick tubes, make ground floor of donjon,
2. Place doors and windows by tubes,
3. Add curtains to windows,
4. Finally close the structure by cardboard.

1st floor:

1. Take cardboard and stick tubes, make 1st floor of the donjon,
2. Add windows with freehand drawn,
3. Finally close with cardboard
4. Then add flag and battlements.

1. Use cardboard and white glue for board making,
2. Stick the cardboard one by one with white glue about 3 layers,
3. Cover sides by sharpen edges of the cardboard sheet,
4. And also the edges by cardboard sheet,
5. Finally I made 76×64 cm size board.

1. Use leftover PVC Pipes for making spacers,
2. Cut them into 2.5 cm lengths and stick with board(under),
3. Totally 9 pcs required and stick colour papers around them,
4. Doing this, lifting project with board made easy.

1. Initially Mark center lines and place the towers,
2. Stick them with instant glue,
3. Then cut off donjon from cardboard and stick with instant glue

1. Then Mark lines between towers and starts to build walls,

1. Use popsicle sticks to make a portcullis,
2. Cut one end with a sharp,
3. Cover them with a grey colour papers,
4. Then line up them up and stick with instant glue,
5. Add locks to portcullis with paper tubes,
6. Stick them with tower,
7. Add battlements at top of the portcullis.

1. Stick red carpets via donjon to portcullis and towers,
2. Stick doors to towers,
3. And finally stick ramparts and it's finished
