Here's how to make a TechDock holder for your Fitbit and phone.

Create a New Project

In Fusion 360, create a new project and name it "TechDock".

Create Frame

On a new sketch on the top plane, create two rectangles, one proportionally inside the other, with a cm gap between the sides of the inner and outer rectangle. Dimension the outer rectangle to be 155mm by 100mm. Extrude both rectangles up 16mm and cut out the inner rectangle, so that you are left with a shape like the image shown.

Adding Fitbit Component

Create a base on the frame by sketching a rectangle and extruding it 2 mm. Then create a square on the side of the rectangle with side length 58mm and a circle in the inside of that square with diameter 22.5 mm. Next, extrude the square and cut out the area inside the circle to end up with the following shape.

Opening for Fitbit Wire

Create a spline on the square and make a similar shape for the wire. Extrude it to create an opening as shown. Next, remove the top of the phone frame so that it can slide in

Opening for Phone Cable

Make a rectangle in the short side of the phone frame and extrude it to leave an opening for the phone cable to enter through. Now you're done with the design. Export it as a stl file.

Prusa Slicer and Printing

Import your stl file onto Prusa Slicer. Choose your printer, I used a Prusa mini, and turn on supports everywhere. Make the infill 15% and the support type organic for easy removal. You're done, now you can print it out and enjoy your new TechDock!
