For the first step you must find yourself a console the bottom piece to start out the project, For me this was the Revolabs system

With the console you must get some type of screen so you are able to see what you are operating

  1. I turned the tablet down on the flat surface onto the rear casting and the stand facing up
  2. Using a precision screwdriver, I unscrewed and removed all the visible housing screws along the casting
  3. After removing the rear plastic cover it should expose the inner metal plate and the circuit boards
  4. Remove the internal screws holding the plate and circuit board and then lift it off
  5. Disconnect all the connectors ribbon cables, and the wiring on the display panel and remove it from the housing

Gateway Connection

For our next step we are going connect our contraption to the world

  1. You must grab a router of your choice ( I picked a netgear router) and attach it to your console
  2. Next, grab your receiver extender along with an HDmi cord and connect it to the console
  3. On the other side of the receiver you grab the Ethernet cable and connect it from there to the router

Juicing Up the Machine

Now, we have to to give this machine some power to be able to do the impossible

  1. Grab your 2 computers (or power supply units) and attach them to the console
  2. Plug them directly into the power ports on the back of each one
  3. If done correctly you have successfully energized the machine

Time Is Ticking!

We are so close stay with me now, for the next step we are taking a stand and adding our clock as it allows us to monitor local time vs elapsed time and we don't lose track of our coordinates

For the stand, I saw it around I did not have the chance to dismantle it but lucky for you I will provide you the instructions regardless

Stand Removal Instructions

  1. Remove the four outer screws visible on the corners and release the plate
  2. After that you must unscrew the central nut and Phillip screws around the hub
  3. This will release the internal spring
  4. At the bottom of the base you will then remove the screws that connects to the desktop and you slide it off the column

Clock Installation

  1. To hang the clock I used the drill with a bit and made a tiny hole for a screw
  2. After you made the hole get a screw that can hold the clock (MAKE SURE IT HAS BATTERIES)

To Infinity and Beyond !
