Vacation Planner App

What I made is an imitation of an app. This app is a specialized app for nature based vacations or travels. My hope was to help have a more specialized app to help find what they are looking for. In the imitation images I made I showed how the app would work and have facts about each vacation place.

Here I explained my idea about the app. As I said this app will provide an efficient way to see and read about each vacation spot.

When thinking about the most appealing way to design the app. I went on various different travel apps for my ideas. I also thought of some ideas myself. When brainstorming I came up with some ideas to easily find an ideal place someone might be looking for.

On another account there is some data relating to the americans and where they went on vacation in 2025. It was revealed most stay in the country and went to travel in different states. In 2025 over 300 million people visited national parks across the U.S.

Here is an image I designed on what the homescreen would look like when you entered the app. Here I explained each part and what it does.

If you wanted to go to an island you would only have to search up ¨ island" and many options would appear. These options appear with hashtags placed under description for it to be easier to find. These descriptions contain brief information about these places. Another way to get even more specific is going into settings.

When in settings you could put a state or a country and only places in those countries would appear. It also has options for text size and whether you prefer light or dark mode.

Back to search options you would click on an option that interests you.

Then it brings you more descriptions. Here it has options of transportation and staying options.

These are 3 popular vacation spots with numerous ecological diversity. From the northern light in Iceland the white sandy beaches of christmas island and the largest rainforest in the world The Amazon.

This matters for people in various reasons. Traveling allows new opportunities and experiences. Especially seeing and enjoying nature.
