Wire Wrapped Rose Ring

This is a wire wrapped rose ring. Use a single piece of wire to make a fun, rose-shaped ring.

Measure Wire

Leave about 3-4 inches at the end of the wire. Wrap around the mandrel. Use the marking about half a size bigger than the size that you want.

In this example: I measured at 8.5.

Cut about 3-4inches on the opposite side.

Begin Wrapping

Bend wire 1 to the right. Bend wire 2 to the left. Continue bending wire 2 until it is parallel to the ring wire. Bend wire 1 around wire 2

Continue Wrapping

push wire 1 next to wire 2. Tuck wire 1 under wire 2 and wrap 1/4 of the way around the wires.

Tuck wire 2 under wire 1 and wrap around the knot of wires 1/4 of the way.

Repeat until large enough

Put the wire into the center of the ring. Pull it tight into a loop around the ring. Repeat. Do the same on the other side.

Cutoff Excess Wire

Use the cutters to cut off the excess wire. Trim as close as possible. You can use flat nose pliers to press the wire ends down to hide them better.
