Yor Forger Pin Weapons

Creating a design to make Yor Forgers from SpyxFamily pins.

1. 3D printer
2. Fusions 360

1. Create the Base Sketch
2. Click Create Sketch
3. Select the XY Plane
4. Use the Circle tool
5. Click the origin and draw a small circle (Rod diameter)
6. Make the diameter 0.2-0.3 inches
7. Hit Create Plane
8. Focus on the XY Plane and place it 8-10 inches away from the original circle
9. Click Create Sketch
10. Use the Circle tool
11. Draw a circle of radius .35-.45 inches
12. Extrude the Rod
13. Hit Finish Sketch
14. Select both circle faces
15. Click Loft
16. Extrude the rod by 8-10 inches
17. Click OK

1. Add a Handle Cylinder
2. Click Create Sketch at the end of the rod (larger diameter)
3. Use the Circle tool and draw a slightly large circle for the handle (diameter .5 inches)
4. Finish the sketch
5. Click Extrude
6. Extrude a distance of about 3 inches

1. Use the Coil Tool (Thread Tool)
2. Go to Create -> Thread
3. Select the handle surface
4. Select desired length
5. Hit OK

1. Sketch the Ring
2. Sketch a small circle on the end of the threaded handle
3. On the XY Plane, create a sketch of a circle with a diameter that fits your finger
4. Use the Sweep feature to click the small circle to follow the path of the XY Plane circle
